By accessing or using the Peakforge Atelier website, courses, or services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Peakforge Atelier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal, non-commercial use. All course content, designs, and materials remain the exclusive property of Peakforge Atelier.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course material. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Harassment, abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” Peakforge Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
